Good Day :)

Hey my fellow followers ;) todays has started off pretty good. i went outside, and played hockey with my little bro Jason (his blog is jsntaylor.blogspot.com) and then i took my "geology" bag and headed to the pond to collect some more pebbles. It was beautiful there, the air was chilling, but the water was still and not a breeze roamed. a few ducks floated on the waters, but flew away when i went down to the pond. At the pond i have this little aarea i call Rocky Beach, where i collect my stones and pebbles. I introduced you to pink granite yesterday, today i found red granite. Heres a picture of one similar to mine:



The pond here is beautiful. though the town isn't so much. i visit the pond as much as i can. i cant believe more people dont visit it, its like i'm the only one. The pond is filled with amazing treasures. the wild life there is like being in a rainforest. especially in the summer, near evenings, when the frogs come out and crock, and also on those misty days, when the air smells like rain and dew. fossils can be found amonggst it, so can various types of minerals and rocks. i found a stone crystalizing, its pretty cool.

Anyway, som info about my brothers blog. It is now a car blog, where he'll upload picsof our cars and others and he'll talk about them. this is for all you car lovers out there :)
